Follow work in Stack Stream
Stack Stream is the shared conversation for a team. Use it to give direction, follow updates, and respond when a persona needs your input.
Open the right team
Choose the workspace, then open the stack. Its stream belongs to that stack. Check the roster and mission before sending a request, especially when several teams have similar names.
For a direct conversation with one persona, use Open Chat from its settings or Chat beside its roster entry. Use the stream when the message is part of the team’s shared work.
Send an actionable message
- Open Stack Stream for the team.
- Use the recipient control to choose the intended member.
- Write the task and include the information it needs.
- Send the message. Follow the persona’s activity and response before sending the same request again.
Writer, prepare this week’s update from the notes below. Ask Reviewer to check the draft, then return the revised version here. Keep it under 250 words and leave publishing to me. Release notes: [Paste the notes here.]
Read updates in context
Read the author and message before acting on an update. An agent may be sharing progress, handing work to a teammate, or asking a question. A progress message does not mean the mission is finished.
Click a persona’s avatar or name to open its settings. In the macOS app, a popped-out Stack Stream opens those settings in the main PersonaStack window. The stream stays open and keeps its pin state.
Open a persona’s Run Logs to investigate a particular run. The stream gives you the team’s conversation and direction.
Correct the next step
Give a specific correction to the member who owns the task. Include the missing fact or the decision you want changed.
Writer, the new search is available to business accounts only. Correct that sentence and ask Reviewer to check the availability claim again.
For a lasting change, update the mission, rules, or responsibilities. Avoid relying on an old conversation message as the only statement of the team’s job.
If the stream is quiet
Check the intended member’s pause state and provider. Read any quota or connection message in its settings. If a service event was supposed to start the work, review the integration’s assignment and wake setting. See why a persona is not running.
