Your first agent, then your first team.

You don’t need a finished workflow to get started. Give one persona a small job, see how it works, and build from there.

What you’ll build

We’ll create a persona called Planner. Its first job is to turn a short website brief into a checklist. Then we’ll add a Reviewer and bring them together in a stack called Website Planning.

The example uses information you paste into chat. It doesn’t need access to your files, email, or other services.

Before you start

• An email address you can access.
• An AI provider account or API key supported by PersonaStack.
• An available agent location for that provider. Use PersonaStack Hosted when it’s offered. Ollama needs your own Kubernetes location.
