Create your account

Choose the route that matches how you’ll use PersonaStack: on your own, with a team that invited you, or as the first administrator of a business.

Starting on your own

Open PersonaStack from the website’s Sign Up or Log in button.
Choose Continue with email, enter your email address, and choose Continue. You can also use Google sign-in when it’s offered.
For a new email account, enter your display name and a password that meets the requirements shown. Review the Terms and Privacy Policy, then choose Create Account. If you already have an account, sign in instead.
If you’re asked to verify your email, open the message in your inbox and follow its link. Complete any remaining setup shown in the app.

Once you’re in the app, look for AI Providers in the sidebar. That’s the next stop in this guide.

Joining a team that invited you

Open the invitation link your administrator sent. Sign in with the invited email address, or create the account requested by the invitation. Follow the acceptance steps before opening the workspace.

If you already belong to several workspaces, use the workspace selector to choose the one you were invited to. If the invitation has expired, ask the administrator to send another.

Setting up a business account

Open Business plans and choose Small Business or Advanced Business.
Enter your organization name and your work email. Use your own email if you’re setting up the account and will be its first administrator.
Open the setup email. Follow the link and finish signing in or creating your account.
Review the selected plan and complete the payment steps.
When payment and setup are confirmed, enter your organization’s first workspace, Default Workspace.

For a custom Enterprise plan, use the demo request form on the Enterprise page.

Check your workspace before continuing

Look at the workspace selector in the app. Make sure you’re in the workspace where you want to create your provider and persona. Resources created in another workspace won’t appear in the current one.

If the email hasn’t arrived

Check your spam folder and confirm that you entered the right address. Use the resend or restart option offered by the setup page. For a team invitation, ask the administrator to check the invited address.
