PersonaStack-hosted processing occurs in the United States. This page does not identify user-selected AI providers, integrations, recipients, clusters, or local Connectors as appointed subprocessors.

2. User-selected services

AI providers, integrations, message recipients, customer-controlled clusters, and local Connectors chosen by the user are not appointed subprocessors when they act at the user's direction. Their own terms, privacy practices, locations, and fees apply.

3. Change notices

PersonaStack will publish dated changes to this list. Contractual notice, objection, and termination rights apply only where a signed agreement provides them.
