Content and Rights Reporting

Policy ID: content_reports
Version: 2026-07-18-r7
Published: July 18, 2026
Effective: July 18, 2026
Plain-language summary. Use this process to report copyright concerns, illegal content, nonconsensual intimate imagery, impersonation, exposed secrets, privacy violations, or dangerous public catalog content.

1. Emergency and safety reports

If someone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Use the contact page for a PersonaStack report and label the subject with the report type. Do not include passwords, private keys, full access tokens, or unnecessary intimate material. Provide a safe link, the reason for the report, your contact details, and any authority to act for another person.

2. Copyright

A copyright notice should identify the protected work, the challenged material and location, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement under penalty of perjury where applicable, and a physical or electronic signature. Counter-notice and repeat-infringer procedures follow applicable law. This page does not claim DMCA safe-harbor status or a registered agent.

3. Illegal content and intimate imagery

Identify the material, location, applicable concern, affected jurisdiction if known, and whether the report concerns a minor, nonconsensual intimate imagery, a sexual deepfake, trafficking, exploitation, or another urgent category. PersonaStack may preserve evidence, restrict access, remove content, notify affected users, and report when law requires it.

4. Review and appeal

PersonaStack will assess reports using the Terms, AUP, law, context, severity, and risk. Where safe and lawful, the affected publisher receives notice and an appeal route. PersonaStack may take immediate action for credible urgent harm, exposed credentials, malware, or unlawful material.
