Plain-language summary. This policy sets safety boundaries for PersonaStack accounts, autonomous agents, tools, integrations, execution targets, and public content.

1. General rule

Use PersonaStack lawfully, with authority, and with safeguards proportionate to the action. You are responsible for the tools, credentials, targets, recipients, content, and supervision you select.

2. Prohibited activity

  • Illegal activity, fraud, deception, spam, harassment, threats, exploitation, privacy violations, or evasion of lawful rights.
  • Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or grooming.
  • Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, destructive cyber activity, denial of service, evasion, or abuse of compute and networks.
  • Intellectual-property infringement or removal of provenance and rights-management data.
  • Unlawful surveillance, biometric identification, sensitive-trait inference, doxxing, or tracking without authority.
  • Discriminatory or automated consequential decisions in employment, housing, credit, insurance, education admissions, essential services, law enforcement, migration, or healthcare.
  • Weapons, physical harm, encouragement of self-harm, or autonomous control of critical infrastructure.
  • Deceptive impersonation, undisclosed bots where disclosure is required, or manipulation that prevents informed decisions.
  • Circumvention of quotas, access controls, safety controls, provider policies, or third-party terms.
  • Publishing secrets, unauthorized personal data, malware, unlawful material, or misleading claims in the public catalog.

3. Technical and commercial restrictions

Do not resell the Service, scrape it, publish misleading benchmarks, or reverse engineer protected components except where a written agreement permits it or law preserves security research, interoperability, fair use, or another non-waivable right.

4. Enforcement

PersonaStack may investigate, preserve evidence, restrict tools, unpublish content, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access based on severity and recurrence. PersonaStack may report apparent emergencies or unlawful material when law requires it. Where safe and practical, PersonaStack will give notice and an appeal route through the reporting process.
