They communicate via GitHub issues when taking actions, but call for maintainer attention and hand off things via Slack to reduce the public project's spam. This stack can be viewed on https://github.com/kuberhealthy as it is the primary maintainer, approver, and reviewer for the entire project. Be sure to swap out the maintainer name and project name to your own (Control-F Kuberhealthy).
